Strengthening core and joints to relieve arthritis and other joint issues
Rehab from operation or spinal problem issues
Fascia stores trauma and pain can lead to mental struggles too. Treating fascia with massage, release and movement changes can release the tension that leads to the brain being stuck in fight or flight due to low grade pain
Strengthening and release of compensation can prevent injury or secondary injury post op
