Welcome to Tallen Veterinary Physiotherapy, my name is Tash, I treat animals of all shapes and sizes from across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and surrounding counties. I have a PGDip in Veterinary Physiotherapy and am a fully insured member of NAVP (National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists).
With over 10 years of industry experience, from working with hunters and eventer, to small animal emergency critical care. This has given me extensive experience in a veterinary practice which has given me a deeper knowledge of non musculoskeletal conditions, which can effect our animals and how they may relate to issues in physio that might not be initially obvious.
In 2024 I purchased an INDIBA radiofrequency device for my equine clients. This has enabled me to be able to help horses in way my hands couldn't, with aiding healing, pain relief, increasing their performance and overall wellbeing.
I have also spent the last 2 years honing my equine rehabbing, learning from the excellent Antonia at Equine Athletes Physiotherapy, who takes each horse completely back to basics, rehabbing behaviour and MSK problems with the same ethos for each animal. Helping them relax and picking apart their pain and anxiety triggers to unlock a happy horse
At home I have a 3 year old Labrador called Fern and a 12year old TBx called Chief, he has had neck issues in recent years which with rehab is currently manageable and he is unmedicated and sound
Look forward to meeting you!!
